A framework for evaluating the "spatial coherence" of networks used in sequencing-based microscopy. It offers a set of ground-truth-agnostic metrics to determine how well a network's topology preserves original 2D or 3D spatial relationships by measuring its consistency with Euclidean geometric laws.
